Mr. Allen is a part-time faculty member, having taught in a classical Christian school for 6 years, along with working as an attorney.
B.S. in Psychology from University of TennesseeJ.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law
Co-authored three books on theology (A Quiet Revolution, Worship and Beyond Five Points, all by Founders Press) and written several articles on theology published by The Founders Journal and bible.org. He has a fourth book, a commentary on a Baptist confession of faith, the Abstract of Principles, forthcoming.

He enjoys reading C.S. Lewis, Francis Schaeffer, John Calvin, John Piper, Tom Nettles, J.I. Packer, R.C. Sproul, and the Puritans. His current favorite book is Roland Bainton's Here I Stand, a biography of Martin Luther.

Matt and his wife, Konnie, have been married for 18 years. They have two daughters: Alissa (8th Grade) & Ashley (5th Grade) who are enrolled at The Paideia School.
